Henry Kendal - Vicar

As Vicar of St Barnabas, Henry holds the overall responsibility for the leadership of the church and leads the Senior Staff Team
Colin Brookes - Associate Vicar
As Associate Vicar, Colin assists Henry in the overall leadership of the church. He oversees a number of specific ministries including all Prayer and Sung Worship. Colin also works closely with David Brown in the Discipleship Department and is also part of the Senior Staff Team
Margaret Peach – Henry Kendal's Assistant

 Margaret’s role is to provide administrative support for Henry. Managing Henry’s diary, being responsible for the smooth running of Sunday services, providing administration for a range of groups and committees and working in a dynamic visionary team, Margaret believes she has the most varied and best job going. She is also part of the Senior Staff Team

Caroline Burns – Missions Worker

 Caroline works part-time to provide support to the mission partners across the world and those considering mission, short-term or long-term. .
Ryan Venn-Dunn - Young Adults Pastor

Ryan leads the Young Adults ministry for 18-30 year olds.

Joshua Kane – Worship Pastor

 Joshua leads sung Worship at St Barnabas Church and oversees the worship team and leaders.
Jo Doré – Associate Worship Pastor

Jo works alongside the Worship Pastor. She also coordinates worship at the major festivals of Christmas and Easter.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Helen Shannon – Neighbourhood Pastor

Helen is the head of the Neighbourhood Department and has been part of the staff team since the 1990s. She previously headed up the Children’s Work Department, oversaw the children's work nationally for New Wine and was part of the team that founded Hope House, St Bs partner charity. She is also part of the Senior Staff Team
Sally Dryden – Assistant Neighbourhood Pastor

Sally works alongside Helen to assist with lots of projects, including leading the midweek Barneys Toddler Groups and running The Attic Cafe.
Ash Chafe – Hope House Assistant

Ash is a Hope House Assiatnt, working alongside the Neighbourhood Department.
Dorian Dyer-Westacott – Trainee Estates Worker

 Anne heads up the Special Needs provision, Our Place and helps ensure our community activities are fully inclusive.

Mike is the Vicar of Oakleigh Community Church, a church plant of St Barnabas.
YOUTH
Liz Bewley – Youth Pastor
Currently on Maternity Leave
Liz is the Youth Pastor at St Barnabas. She has done a lot of work with young leaders and loves to see young people empowered to impact their generation with their voice, their actions and their love. In all expressions of Youth Work, Liz aims to meet young people where they are at and lead them forward to meet with Jesus and see their lives transformed. She is also part of the Senior Staff Team
Liz Randall – Acting Youth Pastor
Liz is covering Liz Bewley's role while she is on Maternity Leave.
AJ is training as a Youth Pastor and helps run programmes for 11-18 year olds.
Grace McPhee – Trainee Youth Pastor
Grace is training as a Youth Pastor and helps run programmes for 11-18 year olds.

 Sarah works as office administartor, overseeing supplies, bookings and databse.
Siming Hill – Finance and HR Administrator

Siming oversees all our book-keeping and day to day accounts, the Gift Aid giving scheme and also administers the HR.
Sam Whittington – Finance and HR Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Dave Harvey – Facilities Coordinator
