John Coles Our previous vicar is still based at St Barnabas, but now works as Director of New Wine. The vision of New Wine is Equipping Churches to see Jesus' Kingdom Grow. The church is very much involved in New Wine, both in the summer conferences (about 20,000 people attend each year) and in resourcing activities throughout the year.

Involvement in New Wine
St Barnabas is actively involved in New Wine through attending and helping on teams at the Summer Conferences and through members of staff. Anne Coles heads up New Wine Women. Helen Shannon coordinates New Wine's Children's Work as well as running Rock Solid (8 and 9 year olds at the summer conferences).
