Transition Project

Out of work or facing redundancy?

The Transition Project was formed in 2010 at St. Mary’s Church, Saffron Walden.
We have continued this project at St  Barnabas Church, Woodside Park and provide a free, open door, welcoming and encouraging service to those who are out of work and looking to get back into employment.

Staffed by volunteers, the Transition Project provides practical support and advice.

Come and meet with us

In addition to the information on this website, we run a free clinic, staffed by volunteers who can provide practical support with internet searching, CV writing and interview technique. Some PC’s are available for internet searching and help is at hand if you need it. Just as important, tea and coffee is provided for those that just want a chat.
