Synergy is the Young Adults Ministry at St Barnabas for 18-30 somethings.

Young Adults live with continuous pressures from our society. They are the key target for countless marketing strategies across the world, and there are unrealistically high expectations of them in their work, their social and recreational activities, not to mention the way they dress and look. We believe that God has called us to nurture and disciple young adults to live well for Jesus in contemporary culture. We have a desire to see young adults grow to maturity in Christ and live provocative, counter-cultural lives that will bring transformation to their generation.

7pm Sunday Service

Whilst many Young Adults go to our morning services, the majority choose to come to our 7pm Sunday evening service. After the service we provide facilities so that people can hang out, eat, drink, socialise and befriend each other in our lounge area. This happens directly after the 7pm service and finishes at 11pm.
